A mockup is a digital template properly setup in a way which allows you to display your own designs and arts.

How do I use a mockup?

You need photoshop to edit the mockup and we have a step by step video instruction

What if I don't have photoshop ?

We highly recommend www.photopea.com where you can edit the mockup online,it's totally free and easy to use.please check the photopea tutorial

What license comes with a mockup?

Our mockups come with a Commercial License which allows you to display your art on your website,esty shop/Ins/facebook etc for one brand per license.

Can I get a refund?

Digital items aren't refundable based on their nature but there is an exception if you accidentally purchase the same items several times,We will refund you the repeated items. For details please check our Return Policy.

Can I get a Custom Ratio Frame Mockup?

Yes, we can create custom mockups if you need a specific ratio or layout, buy any 3 items in our shop and we will make a custom mockup for you. Normally it would take 1-2 business days, the digital files will be sent to your email.Please leave us a message to describe your needs.

Are your mockups generated with AI?

No, our mockups aren't made with AI and are safe for editorial commercial use. We own the copyright for our mockups in full since they are all manually rendered in 3d software.
