What is a mockup?
A mockup is an editable digital template that lets you place your artwork into a professionally styled frame or interior scene. It helps you create realistic images for product listings, portfolios, and social media.
Do I need Photoshop?
Photoshop is recommended, but you can also edit our PSD files for free using Photopea.com. Basic editing skills are helpful, and step-by-step video instructions are available.
How do I add my artwork?
Open the PSD file and double-click the smart object layer labeled “Edit Me!!!” Insert and resize your artwork, then save and close the smart object. Your design will appear automatically in the scene..
What files will I receive?
Contents vary by product, but most downloads include an editable PSD file, a high-resolution JPG, and a PDF with instructions. Please check the individual product page for exact details.
Will anything be physically shipped?
No. All YIMU mockups are digital products. Your files will be available to download after checkout, and no physical item will be shipped.
Can I use the images commercially?
Yes. You may use the exported images to present your own products on your website, Etsy shop, social media, advertisements, and other business materials for one brand.
Can I share or resell the mockup files?
No. The original PSD files, JPG mockup images, and download links may not be resold, shared, loaned, or redistributed. You may only use the exported images to showcase your own work.
Can I receive a refund?
Because digital files are delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable. If you accidentally purchase the same item more than once, please contact us for assistance.
Are YIMU mockups AI-generated?
No. Our mockups are manually created and rendered using professional 3D software. This gives you consistent, realistic scenes created specifically for presenting artwork.
What is included with Full Access?
Full Access brings the complete YIMU frame mockup library together in one collection, including single frames, gallery walls, multi-frame layouts, and video mockups, with new designs added regularly.
